(In Green Valley)
Many people who come to Green Valley are coming for more than a few days. If you are planning a short visit, click here for local hotels. Otherwise, continue below for furnished and unfurnished, privately owned rental homes.
Please be aware that Green Valley, Arizona is an age-restricted, active adult community. The official rules state that at least one person in your party must be age 55 or older. (In practice, some neighborhoods allow a few people as young as 45.) No residents under the age of 18 may be in permanent residence. If you have minor children who will be part of your party, please talk with us so we make sure everything goes smoothly.
Over the past few years there are many more people staying in Green Valley year-around. Most of the people who found their home using this website remain in their homes over five to seven years later! (Naturally, those homes are not currently listed since they are occupied.)

1 bedroom / 1 bath Homes:
Most of the one bedroom / 1 bath homes listed here are in the “Resort Homes” development. The buildings are “Hacienda Style”, that is their backs face out and they open to a common courtyard. The courtyards have patio furniture, landscaping, and are a place that many of the neighbors enjoy gathering at different times throughout the day.

These homes are approximately 550 square feet and include the bedroom, a closet, washer/dryer (in the home), full bathroom (tub with shower), living room and a kitchen with dining area.
There is a large window in the dining area that looks out to the courtyard.
The "Villas West" Development
The other one bedroom / 1 bath homes listed here are in the “Villas West” development.

Each Villa has a private, walled patio. The Villas West development is situated in a beautiful park-like setting With ten grassy areas! (This is unmatched in Green Valley. Golf courses aside, lawns are incredibly rare here.) The neighborhood offers four heated swimming pools, shuffle board, and picnic areas. |

Each Villa has one assigned parking space. There are several guest parking spaces throughout the parking lot.
