This one bedroom, one bath "Resort Home" is cosy, efficient and centrally located in Green Valley, Arizona.   It is walking distance from the main GVR center (called "West Center"), Safeway, CVS Drugstore and even a few restaurants.  (About five or ten minutes, depending on how fast you walk.)

The home is quiet and has an North facing window in the dining area which looks out onto the courtyard.

It is single-story -- no stairs! Nobody upstairs to make noise!

This home is partially-furnished.  (With a lease term of 2 years or more, it can be leased un-furnished.)

The home furnishings include: One Full-Size bed, a dresser with mirror, night stand, a sofa, dining area for two and a furnished kitchen (dishes, pots & pans, flatware etc.)

The (all electric) home appliances include: A/C, Heater, 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, "stacked" washing machine & dryer inside the home.

The neighborhood includes nice courtyards, a private pool and spa, and plenty of off-street parking.

Rates: This home is available for $525 per month on a 12 month lease. The rent includes: Trash removal, off street parking and use of private pool and spa. (The property owner pays an average of $100 per month for these amenities on behalf of the tenant.)
